Alpha is a space to - Unpack the basics of the Christian faith together.
No pressure. No strings. Just space for good food, interesting talks, and open conversations. That’s it. Come along, see what you think. It’s free, and everyone’s invited.
Each week a different big question around the Christian faith is unpacked and explored together.
It is very informal, causal and relaxed, and it runs for 10 weeks.
We meet together as friends, watch a video on a particular topic of interest, and then it's tea, coffee, biscuits, and a chance to ask questions or just listen to others and learn.
Try Alpha. Just come along to the first meeting and see if you like it. If you don't no one is going to pester you to come to another meeting.
Also, if you can't make the first meeting or any of the meetings. Then we can keep you up to date by sending you one of the videos and information.
And we are running Alpha here in Halifax, at Christ Church Mount Pellon, Church Lane, Halifax, HX2 0EF.
The first meeting starts on - WEDNESDAY 25TH FEBRUARY at 7pm.

What topics does Alpha cover?
Alpha is a space to explore different parts of the Christian faith in a relaxed and friendly environment. Each session covers a different topic, like prayer, the bible, who Jesus is and loads more.
Then there’s plenty of time to chat about what you think. Each group has a leader to help guide the conversation. There’s never pressure to share your thoughts, but the floor is yours if you do want to say something.
